Rosengarten Gorge Imst
Near the church in Imst, the Schinderbach stream flows from its spectacular gorge into the Pigerbach stream. The gorge becomes narrower and narrower. To the left of the trail you can take a short trail to the first small waterfall. After this, the trail becomes more challenging, the incline is greater, and the trail goes around the first narrow passage.
Then it returns to the Klammbach stream, which amazes and astounds hikers again and again. Particularly remarkable are the colour compositions and lighting effects seen in the sprays of the steep areas.
Over 100-m high rock faces border the 1.5-km long gorge. After approximately 1.5 hours, you reach the upper end of the Rosengartenschlucht.

By car, travel toward Landeck – Landecker Tunnel – Imst. Park near the Johanneskirche church or behind Gasthof Sonne in Imst. Here you will find signposts for the trail.
